
Amanda Louise Holden, born on the 16th of February, 1971 is an English actress and media personality. She has been the judge on Britain's Got Talent since 2007. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on the weekdays. Holden was born in Portsmouth Hampshire. She spent a lot of her early years in Bishop's Waltham. When she was nine years old she joined the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden is also a part of TV credits including three shows featuring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham on the comedy Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield on BBC, and a Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple Episode "4.50 from Paddington" with Geraldine McEwan and John Hannah. He co-starred alongside Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Holden is an judge on Britain's Got Talent along with Simon Cowell, David Walliams, and Alesha Dixon. In 2006, she was a judge on the show.
